Kelly Anne Weddings  Delivery & Returns Information

Our current dispatch time for wedding planner diaries are 1 week. We can offer speedier delivery for certain items, if you require something for an earlier date please enquire before purchasing.

We use 1st Class Royal Mail for our deliveries which usually takes 1-3 days. Delivery costs of £3.99 is included in all U.K delivery. Anything out of the U.K (Europe or International) will be charged at an additional cost. 

We are unable to accept returns of any products. We will only accept return items that are faulty within 14 days of purchase. If you receive a faulty item please contact us on kellyanneweddings@gmail.com
