A bit about me...
Having worked in the hospitality and the events industry since the tender age of seventeen up to now (I won't tell you how old I am but trust me, it's years) I have gained a love for love! Seeing couples get married has always been my favourite part of any event and even now that I have ran over 460 weddings, I still tear up during the vows!
Since starting Kelly Anne Weddings, I have found that people are my passion and building a bond with my couples is a Job that I can honestly say is like no other. Seeing my couples walk down the aisle and saying their 'I dos' and knowing that I helped make that happen, is the most rewarding feeling. Although I am not engaged myself (not yet, he's taking his time) I fully understand the stress, emotion and organisation that comes with wedding planning. When meeting any couple, I like to fully understand their vision for the day and I never push any of my own style into their plans. I simply hand out lots of tips, advice, ideas and of course my honest opinions.
Creating personal , professional weddings with lashings of personality is at the heart of my business and I like to offer a luxury service for the every day couple because they too deserve exceptional service but without breaking the bank!
FUN FACTS
- I have had the pleasure of featuring on BBC Radio, CB News and talking on stages at the National Wedding shows in London ExCel, NEC Birmingham and Manchester Central.
- I was also blessed to have won The West Midlands, Wedding Planner of the Year Award 2026 at the TWIA Awards, The National Customer Care Award at the Small Business awards and also nominated at the UKWHA.
- I have interviewed all of the cast from the TV show 'Married at First Sight' Australia and UK series.
- I used to live in Dubai for many years and moved back to England for love. Good job we're still together Ay!
- I used to be Cabin Crew for two airlines and have travelled all around the world so if you need any recommendations for Honeymoon destinations, let me know!

Kelly Anne's Story
Being a triplet (one of three girls), I was always the one who didn’t quite know what to do with my career, Alexandra is a wife and full time mum with my three beautiful nieces, Katie has a fur baby and working as a deputy head mistress of a school and Kelly Anne mmm?
Cutting a long story short, I never really knew what I wanted to do so I moved to Dubai for three years and worked as Emirates cabin crew, which was the most scary but the most exciting adventure I had done, plus I got to travel the world. It is also how I met Tim (the partner who doesn’t know where the ring shop is) and so I moved back to England for love! (there is still no ring)
I then worked at a gorgeous wedding venue for just over five years as a Wedding Coordinator and absolutely loved it but then Covid hit. Having to deal with the pandemic and adjusting to the government rules and regulations for weddings, it made me realise how emotionally invested I was with the job and especially with my couples. To lift the brides’ spirits, I started my own Instagram page giving bridal tips and wedding advice for FREE and I still do this to this day! I spent hours every day and night posting top tips and tricks and creating funny wedding reels. These went down a treat and some reels were reaching views of over 51,000! During lockdown there was TV show called ‘Married at First Sight’ and I started interviewing and recording live videos with the cast from the show and posting it on my Instagram stories. My Instagram then just blew up and I had so many couples asking me if I could help plan and run their wedding day so of course this is where Kelly Anne Weddings started to be born. So with the full support of my partner and making the difficult decision to hand in my notice at a secure 9-5 job, I was able to follow my dream and start my own business and wow what a journey it has been so far!
Growing up and being a triplet, I was extremely close with my two sisters and we have grown up to appreciate each other however, sometimes three was a crowd and therefore my mum became my best friend. My mum has supported me in every decision I have ever made and although sometimes I may have not made the right choices, she has always stood by my side every step of the way. So when I told her I was setting up Kelly Anne Weddings she was my number one fan girl!
However, just as my business was picking up momentum, my mum suddenly took ill and was rushed to hospital and was put in a induced coma for many months. This is when my world came crashing down and my mindset changed. I spent every day by her side and although she couldn't respond, I always made sure she knew I was there. It was at that moment that I realised that life is so precious and shouldn't be taken for granted and to live every day doing something that you love. This cemented that going full time with my business was the right thing to do and although what happened to my mum was the most horrific time of my life, it has made me mentally stronger to understand what I want for my life and family.
I am pleased to say that my mum pulled through and after months of intensive care, she is back to her fun loving and crazy self (like mother like daughter they say)!
Now having run over 4700 weddings (and counting) Kelly Anne Weddings is growing and it's safe to say I'm loving every minute.
From winning 'Wedding Planner of the Year' award, a partnership with The National Wedding show and selling out my Brides & Bubbles events, I am proud to say that I'm running a successful business and one that I want to share with the nation and of course, my family.
I believe that the every day couple should be offered a professional service but without the extortionate price tag and I value all my couples time, thoughts and their every day lives no matter what package they have booked. I ensure that all my couples are guaranteed my time, patience and help leading up to and on their wedding day. I pride myself on knowing every detail of their plans, introducing myself and getting to know each family member so by the time the wedding day has come, I feel like a friend but one you can be super honest with!
These past years have been such an incredible and emotional experience for me so far and has built my confidence in not only my business but in myself and I want to share that with all my newly engaged couples . I am excited for the future of Kelly Anne Weddings and look forward to the next part of the adventure with you.
